For instance, we have implemented dedicated programmes providing access to primary medical care for employees and their immediate family members in Ecuador, Morocco and Colombia, where a number of our processing facilities are located.

Human rights

Partnering with Oxfam

In 2020, we partnered with Oxfam to strengthen our social sustainability strategy and enhance our ability to identify, prevent, mitigate and address actual and potential adverse human rights impacts connected to our operations and value chain. This collaboration aimed to reinforce our Human Rights Policy and Due Diligence approach, particularly focusing on our tuna supply chain, which was identified as the highest-risk area within our company.
