Quest to Evolve Pushes Us Towards the Future Together

Quest to Evolve is a belief that relates to me both professionally and personally. Because to me, it’s a reminder, to keep challenging yourself. To treat life as a journey of self-improvement.

My greatest challenge is getting out of my comfort zone, a search that never ends for me. But no matter what your challenge may be, you must always pursue it with lots of energy and imagination. You must never give up, but when the going gets tough, you must find new ways and perspectives to make things better to go towards self-fulfillment. Although the quests we’re on may be different, they all have to start from the same place asking very simple and pragmatic questions on a daily basis in line with the Bolton DNA «Have I learned something new today?» «Am I really open to new ideas coming from anyone within the organization?» «Am I able to anticipate the future while moving forward without the need of detailed instructions?»

If we incorporate Quest to Evolve into our daily life and into our job, it has the potential to motivate us, unite us, and push us towards the future together. Just like it did for me, helping to challenge me and bring me out of my comfort zone to work in different positions, to move to different countries, to learn new languages, to discover new cultures and ultimately to join a unique company like Bolton.
