Bolton in France Scores High on Egapro Workplace Equality Index
Our Bolton teams in France are doing well and achieved a higher score in the Egapro Index this year. This index serves as a benchmark for measuring gender equality, with scores out of 100.
We are proud of the extremely positive results our French teams obtained on the Egapro Index, which measures and aims to advance professional equality between women and men within French companies.
These were the scores: Food (91/100), Beauty (99/100 for our company Cavaillès) and Home Care (91/100 for our company Bolton Solitaire). These results demonstrate the ability of our Business Units to ensure an equal approach to gender.
