Our 2025 Sustainability Report Is Out
Publishing our annual Sustainability Report is one of the ways we hold ourselves accountable. It is how we track where we stand, measure what we have achieved, and identify where we still need to go further. The 2025 edition covers our performance across climate, water, and oceans, workplaces, supply chain, and brands, with concrete data and the actions behind it.
Our 2025 Sustainability Report is officially out: it’s a transparent account of our progress, our people, and our continued commitment to building a more sustainable future.
As our Chairwoman Marina Nissim writes in her opening message: "This report is, above all, a story of people."
People who bring care, responsibility, and long-term vision to their daily work, across every business, every market, and every category we operate in.
With a presence in over 150 countries and more than 10,600 employees worldwide, our scale comes with a profound sense of responsibility. That awareness shapes the way we grow: creating lasting value not just for our business, but for future generations.
