Bolton acquires Madel
We have reached an agreement to acquire Madel, an Italian family-owned company founded in 1977 and one of the most promising manufacturers in the Italian household cleaning and personal care market.
Expanding our horizons in home care
For over 40 years, Madel has been manufacturing and selling a wide range of home and personal care products on the Italian market. Among the company’s leading brands is Winni’s, which focuses on home care. The acquisition will be completed following approval by the relevant antitrust authorities and will allow us to significantly strengthen our position in the Italian home care products market.

Our growth-oriented strategy continues
This acquisition reinforces our growth strategy: not only will it allow us to gain significant expertise in product research and development, but also to expand our production capacity. At the same time, we will continue to support the Winni’s, Pulirapid, and Smacchiotutto brands, ensuring solid growth in their respective markets.
